- 1 kg sausage
- ½ green bell pepper chopped
- ½ tomato chopped
- 1 onion chopped

- ½ cup cream cheese
- Grated mozzarella cheese for topping
Boil sausages in water for 10 minutes until cooked through. Remove from water and let cool.
Once cooled, make small cuts in each sausage.
