Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg sausage
  • ½ green bell pepper chopped
  • ½ tomato chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Parsley optional
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • Grated mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions
 

  • Boil sausages in water for 10 minutes until cooked through. Remove from water and let cool.
  • Once cooled, make small cuts in each sausage.
